ニ唐刃物の製品はすべて受注されてから制作いたします。そのため、お手元に届くまでに３カ月ほどかかってしまいますが、ひとつひとつ丁寧に手打ちで制作された刃物の、切れ味・使いやすさ・美しさにきっとご満足していただけるという自信がございます。ご不明点はどうぞお気軽に お問い合わせください。 ※5営業日以内にご返信いたします。
■Refund date
No refund is available for the customer's personal preferences.You must contact us with in 7 days of receiving your order if you received any defective goods or the wrong shipment. In this case, you may return the goods unused, in the original packaging and in a salable condition.
If there is no stock and it can’t be fixed goods, we will refund you and may ask for cancellation of your order.
■Shipping cost for Returning goods
If you received any defective goods or the wrong shipment, we cover the shipment costs to return the goods and to redeliver the goods.
■返品期限
商品の返品・交換には初期不良の場合以外では応じられません。
万一初期不良があった場合には、商品到着後７日に以内にご連絡をお願い致します。
交換商品の在庫がない場合や修理等が出来ない場合がございます。
その場合は返品商品が弊社到着し商品の状態を確認した後、カード
会社/銀行各社の規定に基づき、返金処理を致します。
※下記の状態のお戻しは交換・返品を承ることができません。
『箱などの付属品がない』『商品に汚れや傷を付けてしまった』など
■返品送料
配送途中の破損などにより、お客様の手元についた時点で商品に破損・汚れが
あった場合、あるいは商品の誤送(サイズ違い、色違い、商品違い)が発生した
場合には、送料弊社負担で交換・返品致します。
